Restore my Data

Hi there! I was suddenly logged out of my account and had to change my password to log back in. When I was able to log back in, about 90% of my content/data was deleted— including all of my lists, my watchlist, my favorite people, my interests, and my movie ratings. I really really want my “Movies I’ve Watched” list back. I accumulated all of the movies I’ve watched in my lifetime and had notes on them. Is there any way my “Movies I’ve Watched” list (with the notes) and my Watchlist can be restored? Please and thank you!
