Search and "results do not appear" What stupid search engine does this site use anyway? Change to one that DOes WORK.

Was searching for a film," Was geschah wirklich mit Miss Jonas"  and , well, it would be SO much easier to show the stupidity with showing a file but the damn entry methods below have NO way for me to enter the file "save as" I made for this, damn thing has bullet list and alignment and image and video but NO file (tried to save an image of the file but my laptop kept making an identical file which was pointless) Suffice it to ay if you do the same thing, you'll get the no results thing.  Now, as I damn well KNEW there was a film, I tried entering the star, Christa Free into it to see those results and  this is where as Arte Johnson on the 1960s tv show Laugh-In said quite frequently: "Veeeeerrrry Eeenteresting..." as when I had typed "Christa Free" and had entered the last "e", the dropdown menu actually showed "Was geschah wirklich mit Miss Jonas" as one of the films. Now on the page of the Christa results, this wasn't there in a sense as I was viewing the results in English, but took note od what movies she had done in 1974 and there were items. Now I was getting somewhere as the one entry bore a suspicious similarity to the one I was looking for. As this is a German movie, i decided to try something, but before I did I save ased the Christa thing as I saw it in English. Then I went to the Chrome translate function and found I could change the lingo so I switched it to Kraut and did the translating and lo and behold , there it was , "Was geschah wirklich mit Miss Jonas "in all its glory. I save ased these Christa in German and was quite angry  that IMDb  search didn't have the brains to show this meaning that , what, you have to have English only to work it? You have to have an English name for a "foreign" movie and even maybe an English name for the actors also( with the Chinese[  Han and Mandarin] and the Japs with two or more, their actors already have more than a single name)? How discriminatory, do these foreign actors know about this? Please get back to me klsnyydeyeah@gmail.com

Kurt: I believe the problem is that the film Was geschah wirklich mit Miss Jonas? (1974) has been flagged by IMDb as an "adult" title, even though it doesn't have the Adult genre attached to it. Never having heard of this film before, I don't know whether this is correct or not. Titles and people who have been classified as "adult" will only be found by logged-in users who choose to fnd such titles.

If you search for that film and get no results, look in the right-hand rail of the screen. In the Advanced Search box, there should be a link labeled "Enable adult titles/names in your searches." By clicking on "Enable", the film will appear as the only result for the search.

See https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/discover-watch/how-can-i-find-adult-titles-on-imdb/GT2L8RJBBDGFR4G3 for further details.

I hope this helps.

Kurt: Also, regarding the translation issue, you can have original titles (rather than translated titles) display in a filmography by going to https://www.imdb.com/preferences/general . For "Title display country/region", select Original (at the top of the list, above the alphabetical list). Click "Submit".

With that selection, you will find that Christa Free's main films are titled in German at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0293050/ .
