Search for a movie and find out if it's recommended for me or not
IMDB has a list of recommended movies for each person that rates movies. But the list isn't long enough. Sometimes I have several options of movies to watch or someone suggests one movie to me and none of them are on the recommended movies list.
It would be great if IMDB had the following functionality: someone searchs for a movie and, in the page of that movie, there's an indication if that movie is recommended for that person or not recommended.

This is a solid idea, and honestly a gap I've noticed too. The current recommendation list starts feeling pretty shallow once you've rated a decent number of films, mostly because it leans hard on genre and star overlap instead of tone or pacing, which is usually what actually decides whether I'll enjoy something.
A per-title indicator would fix a real problem, especially in cases like you mentioned where a friend suggests something totally outside your usual pattern. Right now the only workaround is manually going through your own ratings history, and most people just won't bother 😅
Hope this gets picked up. Feels like a fairly contained feature to build since IMDb already has all the ratings data sitting there.
