"See all" link failure on actor pages

Whenever I click on the "See all" link on any actor or crew member page, I get only a "There was a problem. Please try again." message. Has been happening for over a week on every page and on the Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers.

@AndrewCrossett Please follow the advice in https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/common-issues/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-browser/GF2ZAR69V859XLHF and let us know what happens. In particular if you have AVG installed, see https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdbcom/avg-issues-reducing-functionality-on-imdb/674f3ad990073552a7e24ed7 and in which case, please report the issue to AVG technical support.
