Show original title in lists and search results

Under content settings, for many years, I was able to set the original title as the default display title (even longer ago, this was the default on IMDB). In lists and search results, I now get the title only in English (or another language, if I configure it). Only the page with film information still shows the original title in small. How can I get back the important functionality where the original title is shown for all films in lists and search results, and is shown as the primary title on film descriptions?
