Technical Director entry keeps getting denied

Hello,

I'm trying to add an entry for Technical Director in Additional Crew on a production. The entry has been denied 3 times now, and the only reason given is "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines."

This person has been credited as Technical Director on many other productions (https://www.imdb.com/fr-ca/name/nm13299790/).

When I try to enter it under Editorial Department, I get the following message: The role technical director is usually listed in one of the following categories: Animation Department, Additional Crew, Visual Effects. Please consider if it is more appropriate to add the credit there instead.

The IMDB Help page (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/crew-credit-guidelines/GNHXXUGBUDKEUUMJ#additional?ref_=helpms_helpart_inline) says: The directors section is only for directors. Second-unit and assistant directors have their own section. Other types of director (e.g. "director of stage version") should go to the Additional crew section, apart from supervising directors, who should be submitted to the director section. 

I have no idea why this keeps getting denied, can someone please help?
