Top 250 per country

Dear all,

The top 250 charts are for sure an interesting feature of IMDB (and it is often a discussed one).

There are several charts: the general one, the one for English speaking movies, and a number of charts for Indian movies depending on the language.

I think it would be worth creating similar charts also for other countries, and maybe starting with the most relevant in the film history.

For instance, one can start with Japan, France, Italy, GB, China, South Korea, and so on.
