Trailers with no English subtitles

To get this straight: I love movies. I loves movies from all country on earth, in any language. 
But I rely on subtitles to appreciate them.

Lately, there has been more and more trailers from India, a real deluge of them to be honest, and most of them do not have any English subtitles.

If this is to become the norm, why not implement in the settings of an IMDB account the choice to have those trailers displayed or not at all.

This will help to keep those trailer pages interesting for those like me who like seeing what's coming out, but feel more and more that those page are becoming a let down, and it might also push the movie makers and publishers of those trailers to put on subtitles to reach a broader audience.
