Unable To Access Old Email Account

Hi - I'm locked out of my IMDB account because I no longer have access to the email address associated with my account. The domain linked to my old email address expired resulting in my email address expiring as well. How do I update my email address? I can't get into my account because the reset password link keeps getting sent to my old email address which is expired. I've email IMDB customer service and they never respond.

Please remember to include the following information in your message: The IMDb account e-mail address you want to recoverThe new e-mail address you wish to use to replace the e-mail address of the IMDb account you want to recoverPlease make sure the new e-mail address is not already registered with IMDb.
