User profile pages return error on most occasion

Hi, I was trying to see the reviews of a certain user (https://www.imdb.com/user/ur26820801/), and I got this error: "Houston, we have a problem." (Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again.) So I tried with other users, and got the same result. The weird thing is that it sometimes seems to load, and sometimes it just doesn't. It also seems to depend on how active the user is (maybe this is related to the number of badges of that user ?). On a general basis, it feels like the website is quite slow compared to what it shoud be. Any ideas of why I can't access users profiles ? Thank you!
