Watchlist Numbering broken.

I'm having issues in one of my lists, where trying to re-order entries results multiples appearing of some entries, and other entries re-ordering in seemingly random ways.

It appears to be the same/similar issue to what I had in a different list, detailed in the post below (where you guys solved the issue promptly, with no problems since, in that list. thanx)
