Watchlist order

When I order my extensive watchlist (over 3,000 films) as 'Alphabetical', it simply does not work, there is no ABC order at all, the list is all muddled up with different title first letters occurring one after the other. I need a proper alphabetical order which I can copy in order to check films I have and print accurate lists of each first letter film group eg films whose titles begin with 'The', but it's impossible. Why on earth is this--owned by one of the biggest online players, Amazon, and you can't get your facility to order watchlists alphabetically to work?
