Watchlists from private to public

Hello! I have used IMDb for years and years as a search engine of sorts, but recently started using it at a higher volume due to my previous TV tracking app shutting down. I spent hours on IMDb making replicas of my previous profile’s(on diff app) watchlists and was super hopeful and loved how easy it was to find genres and new suggestions. But my profile will not switch to public no matter how hard I try! I read on another post that an employee fixed the same issue for a different user by verifying her email on her profile for her. I believe I’m all verified(authenticated through my email too) and this did not resolve the issue for me. Can someone tell me how to verify my email? Or better yet, can IMDb fix my profile for me? Please make my watchlists public!!! I want to share with people!
