We need a cross-indexing feature!

WHEN is IMDb going to introduce a CROSS-INDEXING feature? Since its inception, if one wishes to know whether two personnel worked on or in the same movie, one has had to do it by trial and error. A cross-index, in which one enters two names into side-by-side windows and gets a list of all films and shows associated with them would be an enormous improvement to the site. It can't be that difficult to implement.
