Web and Mobile App data difference

Hi, I sent a post about this issue but it seems like the problem still exists. My total rating counts are different in web application and mobile application. I attached the screenshots from my account (In mobile, the number is 10000. In web, it is 10003).

Hi @Jon, I want to share additional information. When i use "Advanced Search" section and filter titles by "Restrict to titles I've seen" in web application; i saw 10002 results, which is again different from the counts i shared you earlier. Also; when i filter my rated titles by "title type" seperately, both in web application and mobile application, i notice that counts are only different in "Movie" titles. I'm not sure it's related to root cause of the problem but might help when debugging the problem. Kind regards.
