What do the 2 numbers behind each title mean in the TVmeter list or chart?

For example at the moment we see a 5 just above "Andor" while Andor is in 3rd place on the listing. And then there's between brackets a downward arrow and a 2. https://www.imdb.com/chart/tvmeter/

For clarity however, the number in parenthesis indicates the change in the chart item's ranking, whereas the number left of the parenthesis should represent the chart item's actual ranking position in the chart. It does appear that a bug is causing the display of the item rank numbers to not coincide with the position they should appear in the chart. As mentioned above, when we receive an update about this issue, I will reply to this thread. I hope this helps!

FYI the change in the chart item's ranking is also wrong, eg Love, Death & Robots is at the seventh place, but it shows it went down 19 places. And is the order correct in this list? Sirens only had 6.8 and 13k(reviews?), yet it's listed as the second most popular show of the moment. Wrong too, i think. Or is this based on sponsorship?
