When voting on an item, show on/above/under each star its value (number).

Our testing showed that the numbers cluttered the interface; instead, you may click any of the stars before voting and it will show you the number. Your rating is not actually submitted until you press the "Rate" button so you can adjust appropriately before voting. Hope this helps.
