Where are my Top picks?
I have 37 favorites but the top picks, for personalized recommendations, ask me to explore first before getting personalized recommendations... Why?! I created this account a few years ago to get that service and it still doesn't work.

@JonasLM Thanks for the problem report and sorry for the inconvenience. We can replicate the problem here and we have let the appropriate team know.
We have had issues in the past with timeouts from the software system which drives this, so unfortunately it is likely the same issue again.
