Why are only the 15 latest credits shown for any actor/actress when you first open their page, forcing the user to click on "See All"

Used to that when you opened any given actor or actress page on IMDb their entire filmography showed up automatically. Now, only about the latest 15 results are displayed, forcing the user to click on "See All" in order to see that person's entire filmography. Doesn't seem to make much sense since that filmography is obviously stored on IMDb's drives anyway, so what purpose does that serve other than to be irritatingly redundant?

@Ishy The short answer is that this is the design which tested best with most customers.  Since not all customers are interested in everyone's oldest credits in their primary profession, the layout balances faster loading, smaller page sizes, and convenient access to other content on the page, while still offering a single click to open either all of the remaining credits in the main profession via the "See all" link at the bottom of the main section, or opening all credits in all sections via the "All credits" link above the credits.

Hope this helps.
