Why is my idea private?

I tried to post a Poll Suggestion, but for some reason it said it was private. My list was public, not private. Does anyone know why this happened? The name of the list was: Face-Off: 'Ben-Hur' vs. 'Titanic' vs. 'The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King'.

Can I include external links (URLs) to other sites from within my List?

We have recently updated our List policies, with a change to disallow external URLs (non-IMDb links) in List titles, descriptions, and notes (i.e., item descriptions). Any lists with external links (URLs) to other sites will force the list to be private to other users, despite the list appearing as public in your settings as per our new policies. You can still include links to other IMDb pages in all List fields.
