Winner/Nominee confusion

When I visited the IMDb page for a festival we entered, your presentation made it look like The Lost Camp won Best Narrative Short. I excitedly announced a win to our followers only to later learn that we were nominated, but did not win. You should make that VERY clear by including a NOMINEE header image on the films that were nominated. I also learned later that you do add a header image for the winners, so until they are then NOMINEE status should also be made clear. https://www.imdb.com/event/ev0023730/2025/1/?ref_=ev_tl_yr_1

Even with that "WINNER" banner added to the pages, it's still confusing. Are visitors just supposed to magically know that the other films were only nominated but did not win? This page makes it look like The Lost Camp won Best Indie Short at the Tokyo Cinema Awards... https://www.imdb.com/event/ev0065111/2025/1/?ref_=ev_tl_yr_1

Hello IMDb, any chance we can get some official acknowledgement of this issue and maybe an idea of when it will be resolved? It would be appreciated.

Hi Ozzy, still no change to: https://www.imdb.com/event/ev0065111/2025/1/?ref_=ev_tl_yr_1 It still looks like we won instead of clearly being identified as a nominee.

Hi noelchristopherramos, Thank you for your response, and I appreciate your frustration. However, as mentioned above this idea thread has been passed on for review, but we cannot guarantee when this change would be implemented.

Yes I certainly understand Ozzy, but this is a major oversight on the part of your site developers and I'd hope that you'd want to quickly clear up this confusion for your site users and visitors. Our film is very clearly not the only one affected by this coding error.

Hi again Ozzy. I don't mean to pester you but this is a serious site error and I feel strongly that IMDb should clear up the confusion they are creating. This page and the many similar pages are not clear, and our data deserves to be represented CLEARLY in the Internet Movie DATABASE. https://www.imdb.com/event/ev0065111/2025/1/?ref_=ev_tl_yr_1
