Wont let me add dubbing credits for title that is not main language - french dubbing

i keep getting a error that says 'The selected language matches the title's primary spoken language.Dubbing credits can only be added for languages that are not the title's primary language' 

the dubbing language is French and the main and only language of the show is English.
