500 error

I am trying to get a free trial of an IMDb Pro account tried different browsers, cleared cookies and caches, and even tried the mobile app. Nothing seems to work, getting a 500 error. Does not even let me send a message to the support team. Kindly help. TIA

I am sorry to hear you encounter this issue. In this case, please contact IMDbPro Customer Support directly by visiting the contact us page and then choose the following options in area #2 then press the "E-mail" button.

On the resulting page, type the email address registered to your IMDb account or the email you want to use to sign up for the membership into the form "Your IMDb Account E-mail Address", so we can email you back at this address.  In the "Enter additional information" please include a link to this Sprinklr thread the following information:

  • Your device model (e.g. iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy s9, Windows/Mac):
  • Your device's operating system & version (e.g. iOS 11.2.1, Windows 10):
  • Explanation of the problem, including clear steps to reproduce the issue:
