Account Deleted

Hi, I had a regular free IMDb account, then I made a pro account, so I thought it would be a better idea to delete the regular account, not realizing they were connected and ended up deleting both accounts. Here are my questions:

1. I had signed up for one month free and then paid, my first bill was to be deducted from my bank on March 18. Will I still be charged? I cannot access my account to cancel the subscription due to deletion. 

2. If I need to create a new account will I need to do so with a new email ID since when I try to make a new one with the previous email, it says that you already have an account with this email.
