Adding an industry executive page

About a year ago I took an executive role in the industry and have noticed that all of my peers (or even one level down) have imdb pages/photos, including my predecessor. I reached out to my communications department and they said they are unsure how to have my page created. Does anyone know how what I'd need to do? Thank you
