After nearly 20 years my images have been removed. Why??

I had IMDb photos and videos up for two decades and no pro status for 10 years. I did a free trial for pro recently and let it lapse and then all my photos have disappeared. Nothing changed except the Pro trial (during which I added no pics, videos pr credits), only took down my reel. In short, the only thing I got out of the trial was losing a bunch of stuff that had been there forever. How is this fair? I feel like this is something older members should know so they don’t sign up for it! Please advise.

I had my photos and reel up for many many years as a regular (non-pro) member. Like over 2 decades. When I temporarily signed up for Pro to make some changes, my photos disappeared after I went back to regular IMDb. Can someone please let me know how to restore? I understand that is the case now. But I did not have an active Pro Subscription for many many years with all my media and images fully up. Was it just under the radar? I only lost it when I did a trial and returned to my former status.

@P0n33grrll If you did in fact pay back then to add photos, IMDb should probably try to restore the photos since they made a promise to feature them permanently. If they were not images you added but images from other sources, it is still a little odd that they would disappear.
