Box Office Mojo - Toy Story 5 vs. The Devil Wears Prada 2
Here's another error at Box Office Mojo.
Affected movie titles: Two films are involved in this error, The Devil Wears Prada 2 (2026) and Toy Story 5 (2026).

The error can be found at https://www.boxofficemojo.com/weekend/2026W27/?area=GB which is the British weekend box office for July 3 through 5, 2026.
The Devil Wears Prada 2 is shown at No. 1, with a gross of US $7,646,000, up from No. 19 the previous week.
Grosses in USD: approximately $7.6 million in the UK for July 3 to 5, but for Toy Story 5, not The Devil Wears Prada 2
Valid evidence of correct data: https://variety.com/2026/film/box-office/toy-story-5-minions-monsters-uk-ireland-box-office-1236803117/
Variety reported the UK box office for that weekend, stating as follows (emphasis added):
The U.K. and Ireland box office maintained a steady rhythm over the weekend as Disney’s “Toy Story 5” retained the number one spot for a third consecutive frame. The Pixar release collected £5.7 million ($7.6 million), pushing its three-week cumulative total to £37.9 million ($50.7 million).
Hence, the gross in USD of $7,646,000 for the No. 1 film that weekend in the UK was correct -- but it was assigned to the wrong film. It was Toy Story 5 that should have been listed at No. 1 with a gross of $7,646,000 on the page at https://www.boxofficemojo.com/weekend/2026W27/?area=GB. Currently Toy Story 5 is not even listed on that page.
I don't know how much The Devil Wears Prada 2 grossed in the UK that weekend, but it was probably less than its previous weekend gross of $50,000 (see https://www.boxofficemojo.com/release/rl1319534593/weekend/) as this was the film's 10th weekend in release. The Variety article mentioned did not even list the film as being in the top 10 that weekend.
If it seems like I'm constantly bringing up errors regarding Box Office Mojo, well, I feel the same way.
