Cancel my account (urgent - free trial ending in 2 days)

Dear IMDbPro Support, I’m currently in the midst of a free trial for IMDbPro (started on December 20th), which is set to end on January 20th. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account settings to cancel the subscription. On logging in, I only see options to renew my membership or upgrade, and I cannot locate a way to cancel or modify my subscription before the trial converts to a paid plan. Please help me to cancel my trial subscription before it auto-renews. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this. Thank you for your support.
