Cannot delete my own Images

Hi

I have tried in vain to delete two “profile” photos/headshots I uploaded to my page via IMDb Pro. It seems this feature is not supported in the app or mobile site.

Please will you delete both images as they are no longer current. I will add new images in due course.

Hello @CaptainSiCo,

To update your photos while logged in to your membership, please go to your IMDbPro page, and go to the Images section.

To remove an image, select the actual image and select "Delete" in the lower right corner.

If you'd like to correct a still photo which you did not upload but were tagged in incorrectly, please click the Pencil Edit Icon next to the list of Names in the information box at the bottom of the picture to request the incorrect name tag removal.

This will submit a tag removal request to an editor. If approved, the image will be removed from the gallery.

i did that, clicking through from the mobile web and also the app - and using direct links to both IMDB Pro and my own page there. 

I was only given the options to change the order of my photos or to adjust the cropping on my primary image. I tried several times and no “delete” option appeared. 

I can see you have deleted the images on my behalf. Thank you for doing this. 

I will experiment a bit more with the images once I have uploaded new ones, but it’s not immediately obvious what I was doing wrong.

To manage your images, click on the link and access the website. Once you are logged into your account, you will see the delete option.

When you say “website”, does it have to be the desktop website? I’m using a mobile device and that “delete” option is definitely not there.

Yes, from the website, not from the app. You can use desktop mode in your web browser. You will then see the delete option, as shown in the following image:
