cannot select demo reel thumbnail

..the video edit page is constantly blocked with a "help" popup, that cannot be closed and one would assume that there is a button for "edit: behind it ...so that there is an option to select which thumbnail in the clip is displayed... ...many attempts ago we managed to get though ...this time we give up... HELP!!! ...is there an IMDb chat , for real time problems?
