Can't access my already paid for IMDb pro Subscription after closing my Amazon Account.

I have a lot of profile information on my IMDbPro page and cannot access it. I closed my amazon account and can't access my IMDbPro account at all. What gives? Please help. I do not want to go back to Amazon. Thanks.

Hello @MTW, In order to help you with your request, I recommend you to contact our customer service. Please remember to contact us from the IMDb account where you have your IMDbPro membership. If you cannot log into your Pro membership, please log into your IMDb account, use the "Sign in with IMDb" option. Please consider that if you closed the Amazon account that was linked to your IMDb account where you have the Pro membership, the membership should have been cancelled, as it is not possible to keep the IMDbPro membership active without your Amazon account active. Jon, Thank you for the kind response. So, to be clear going forward, I CANNOT have an IMDb pro account anymore without being attached to Amazon. Is that correct? If so, I'll contact customer service about a refund. Such a shame. Only one option to sign in. Wow!

Hello @MTW, That's correct, currently have, renew or create an IMDbPro membership without linking your Amazon account is not possible at this time. IMDbPro is an Amazon company and all payments for IMDbPro are now securely processed via Amazon wallet. Linking your Amazon and IMDb account allows your membership payments to be processed via Amazon. This adds security and convenience for our IMDbPro members. Amazon makes it easy, so you don't have to re-enter your card and billing details when joining or renewing your IMDbPro membership.
