Can’t claim IMDb account

Over a year ago, I tried claiming my IMDb account on my Pro account, yet still to this day, it says “We are verifying your IMDb page claim which may take up to 24 hours.” Obviously it’s not taken up to 24 hours. I’ve emailed IMDb support twice and haven’t gotten a single response. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app, but nothing changes. Someone please help me
