Can’t contact IMdB Pro at all - need to cancel Pro membership

Can’t contact IMdB Pro at all - need to cancel Pro membership. There seems to be no obvious way to speak to or be in contact via email to an actual person at IMDb - given general answers to questions via links opr asked to post on here insetad. Infuriating! I signed up for a free month of IMdB pro but don’t wish to continue but seems impossible to stop as can’t contact anyone. Many thanks in advnace for your help

However, you'll still have access to your membership until it expires on June 30, 2025. I had this exact same issue. I tried emailing several times in advance and still got charged $150. I had to block and unblock my card. ImdbPro continued through with the charge, and I have yet to hear back. I never wished to continue the membership and cannot get refunded.
