Can't renew pro membership

I've added three new cards, I tried signing up for individual monthly, as well an annual membership, but keep getting an error.

Please help resolve this.

Thank you, Michelle. Those options weren't available on my pull-down menus, but I was able to send an email. Hopefully willl be resolved.
