change of email on ImdbPro

It is impossible for me to change my email in ImdbPro. In my profile under "details" I put in a new email and they say fine, now input password. What password? I've keyed in an old password, a new password, they keep sending me OTP's to my new email which doesn't ever work. Now they are saying "you've requested too many OTP's today. Please try again later." This is maddening. I'm logged in through Amazon - using this email - the one that I want in my details! But in my IMdbPro details they have an obscure email of mine that I never use. Please help!
