claim my page

I've been trying to claim my page for weeks. On IMDB pro, it says "We are now verifying your IMDb page claim, which may take up to 24 hours. We will send you an email notice when ready". It has been said that for a while, and I haven't received any updates. I have checked all my emails, and there is nothing from IMDb yet. Not sure what to do!
