Claim Newly Paid Page w/o ID

Hi, I'm an act that wants to claim my IMDB page. My IMDB credits and everything on social media under my stage name, but as soon as I want to claim my page, they need my ID and credit card name, which is my original name. IMDB can't know this way that it is actually me, and it's just my stage name. I do not have pay stubs or actor's guild affiliations. How can I address/fix this, so I can still claim my page?
