Claim page

Hello Ozzy. If you are still here, I followed the link and they just replied again that there is a “violation” and they can’t help me.  Nobody will tell me what the “violation” is nor will they allow me to correct it. I have no way to manage my page and nobody seems to want to help. You are the only one who has been helpful. This is very upsetting.

Hello, Ozzy. Do you know if there are any further updates?  

To clarify, when I first joined IMDbPro, I attempted to claim my page.  Afterwards, I received an email stating my page claim was successful.  I then had access to my page for exactly 7 minutes. I was able to upload two photos of myself. Shortly after, my photos disappeared and I was no longer able to upload photos and they claimed I committed some kind of “violation”. I followed exactly what the email sent to me by IMDb said and I have email receipts. I just would like to be able to be able to upload a couple photos of myself to my profile and have control over it. I would be very grateful for any assistance you or anyone else could provide me. Thank you.

I can confirm your page claim has now been verified. You should be able to access and manage your IMDbPro page as intended now.
