Claiming My Page - OVER A YEAR IN PENDING VERIFICATION

Hello, I have been trying to get in touch with IMDb customer support for over a year in hopes of gaining assistance in claiming my page. It says it's pending verification and has said as such over a year and I cannot get any help. I have emailed multiple times with no response, despite the website saying "receive a response in 24 hours". I am not sure where else to turn, so I am turning here. Is there anyone here who can please assist me? Thank you so much, Alex Havens
