Download Data from my account

I want a full download of my IMDb Pro data (credits, shows, episodes, dates, cast and crew, etc.) before my subscription renewal on July 10, which I will not be renewing. I'm now retired and there' s over 30 years of credits on this site which I would like to preserve. A month ago I sent an email to imdb and never heard back. Got busy with life and just now realized I never heard back and I only have a day left before I cancel. There is no phone number for support and https://help.imdb.com/contact does not provide a category for downloads. Would appreciate any help. Thank you.

@ArtK01 IMDbPro customer service always reply to all messages within 24 hours, and often much sooner. If you did not receive a reply from us, please check that the email address which you registered with IMDbPro is your current email and is not out-of-date. To answer your question here though, there is no need to worry. Your credits will remain on IMDb and IMDbPro after your subscription expires. You IMDbPro subscription is only required to maintain any photos, demo reels, and various page customisations — see https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/your-account/what-happens-when-i-cancel-or-downgrade-my-imdbpro-membership/G44C4UXLCMW5CPEZ for more details and as it states there: “Your IMDb verified credits and filmography will not be affected by your cancellation.” For example, Alfred Hitchcock made his last film in 1976, long before IMDb launched in 1990 and he still has a page at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000033/ Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick reply Col. Hope to hear back from customer support this time. I understand there is a way to download all my data which I'd still like to do. I was thinking I would not be allowed to download after I cancel. Do you know if that is true?

No sorry, your filmography credit data is not downloadable even with an active subscription. The same applies to photos and demo reels. You can save any photos you have uploaded while you still have an active subscription using your web browser’s “save” features, but presumably you have copies of those already. Anything you have seen about downloading data likely applies to privacy laws where you may request a download of any non-public data attached to your account. For example, copies of any messages you may have sent to customer service or similar. Hope this helps.
