Email about 60% off offer not letting me claim the discount

I received an email that says that I can renew my subscription for 60% off and has a button that say "Get this deal", but this just takes me to a bunch of articles and posts and does not allow be to renew by subscription with this discount. How do I make this work?

This offer cannot be combined with other offers, including IMDb promotions and affiliate/guild discounts at the time of renewal. Guild & Affiliate discounts will be applied on the next renewal date if active. The offer is available to new IMDbPro Premium members and returning IMDbPro Premium members.
