Hello. I got charged with a subscription after I had canceled it on my IMDB Pro account. I have been trying to email support for the last three days, but each time I try to send it, I get the pop-up "WE'RE SORRY. THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR E-MAIL. PLEASE REFRESH THE WHOLE PAGE OR TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES." There is no phone service, so I don't know who else to go to dispute this charge, other than my credit card company.
