Error message

Hello. I got charged with a subscription after I had canceled it on my IMDB Pro account. I have been trying to email support for the last three days, but each time I try to send it, I get the pop-up "WE'RE SORRY. THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR E-MAIL. PLEASE REFRESH THE WHOLE PAGE OR TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES." There is no phone service, so I don't know who else to go to dispute this charge, other than my credit card company.

I have a question for support not addressed elsewhere. I have navigated through Help to where I can compose an email detailing my question. But when I hit "Send" it returns "There is an error. Try later or reload page and start over". I have tried repeatedly, both solutions, over several hours, all with the same result. Anyone else? Solutions? Hi community, I am quite desperate right now. I was unable to cancel my free trial, and I just got this huge annual charge for the membership that I can't afford. I saw the charge right away and tried contacting customer service for a refund, but it's been giving me an error message, and I've been trying nonstop for the past day. I don't know what to do anymore, as it seems there is no other way to communicate with them. Can anyone help me with this, please? This is the error I've been getting: "WE'RE SORRY.
