Help Needed to Claim a Profile on IMDb

Hello everyone, I recently subscribed to IMDbPro to manage profiles for my clients. I am trying to claim the profile of Tarun Nagpal, a director with multiple credits, but I’m facing an issue. The "Claim Page" option appears only for my profile, not for his. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how I can resolve it? I have access to IMDbPro and all necessary permissions from Mr. Nagpal to manage his profile. Any guidance or step-by-step process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
