@LvR  It sounds like you are referring the the weekly change in your STARmeter ranking, however, the red arrow never meant there was no activity on your page (only less activity vs. the previous week).   

If you go to https://pro.imdb.com/mypage if the STARmeter number towards the top is displayed in green then it means your popularity has increased (old up arrow) and if it is displayed in red then it means your popularity has decreased (old down arrow). 

Further down your IMDbPro page, you will see a section:

Page view info

X people viewed your IMDbPro page last week:
