I cannot claim my IMDB page

Hello. I was claiming my page for weeks. I also contacted customer support about ten times and got no response, even though they typically reply within 24 hours. I am an IMDB Pro member that would like to manage my own page. However, so far I am only paying for services I do not receive. Please let me know how I can assist with this issue.

Hello @evgenia_rayme, I confirm that all the messages you have sent us so far have been answered by our customer service. In fact, the last one you sent us today, was answered today. I recommend you to check the email you have with your Amazon account, since it is there where we have answered you. Also, check your Spam/Junk folder.
