I have had an IMDB page using my stage name for many years and now I am being forced to claim my page with my original name. Why??

My IMDB credits and everything on social media is under my professional stage name, but IMDb is prompting me to claim my page and send an ID with my original name. I do not wish to have by birth/original name listed because I work with my stage name. Please note, I have used my professional stage name and paid membership and updated credits for many, many years, and I don't understand why I have to suddenly claim a page which was already mine. There were headshots and photos of my work through the years which have all disappeared! I have already renewed my membership, can you please reactivate my account? Please advise what is going on.
