IMDB Fraud

I paid for membership for an annual renewal membership for IMDB Pro. I have the offical reciept from  my credit card company and IMDB did take the money. However my account was never activated. Also as I look into my confirmation information they said it was activated but there is no official receipt number? Which is odd. It worked for one day. Then stopped. Thought it was me for weeks but now realised I'.ve been cheated and have no recourse as they are a faceless entity. Any advise please. thanks.
