IMDb PRO and IMDb PLUS (tiered levels) - Suggestion

I think it would benefit IMDb to create a tiered level of sorts for PRO accounts.  My suggestion is one called PLUS which allows you to upload a headshot and additional photos only, with none of the other Pro benefits, and then the regular full PRO account that is currently in place.  Perhaps the PLUS level could be somewhere close to half the cost ($5-10/mo or $79/yr).  That may promote more people to use it.

I know several people who have multiple family members in the industry and have to pay for multiple pro accounts, which seems like a bit of a waste since you get the same benefits from one account.  I also know several people who don't utilize pro for anything other than a photo, and have mentioned they would rather just have no photo because they think it's over priced.
