IMDb Pro Cancellation

I tried to cancel IMDb Pro and I keep getting charged. I don't see any link to an account verifying my cancellation nor the ongoing monthly charges. This appears to me to be the most obfuscated customer support system I've ever encountered. NEVER again! Cut me loose please!

Yes, I did cancel using the link you describe, but I received no confirmation of any kind and I continue to be billed. It’s not clear how one stops getting charged or who to contact to stop the billing.

You can check your account status at https://pro.imdb.com/account/membership If you have successfully downgraded to a basic (free) IMDbPro membership and yet are still being billed, one possible explanation is that you have a second paid account under another email address. In which case, please contact IMDbPro CS directly via https://help.imdb.com/contact?deepLink=IMDbPro&disableLoginPopup=true — in section #2 select “Membership/account” and “Cancel membership” then press the “Email” button in section #3. Please link to this Sprinklr thread to help explain the problem — CS will be able to discuss private details regarding your account which are not appropriate to reveal on this public forum.
