IMDb Pro Name Page 500 Error

20+ year IMDb user here. I can no longer view or manage my own name page when logged in to IMDb Pro. https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm1797652/ If I log out, I can see that the page exists and is still there, but when logged into my pro account, when I click on my page I get an 'Error 500'. It's as if I don't have access to my own page to manage photos, demo reels, etc. I've tried logging out and back in, clearing cache and cookies, with no success. My account is paid through the end of the year. It was working without issue yesterday and no settings have been changed on my end. Operating on Mac, tried with Safari and Chrome. I received an email reply from support indicating that resetting my password would fix the issue. I reset my password, re-deleted cache and cookies, and still cannot access my own Pro page. Still receive Error 500. Posted this in the Pro support section and received no response. I'd love to be able to access my own page. Can anyone help?
